Lattix Announces Partnership with TechMatrix

Lattix and TechMatrix partner to introduce Lattix software architecture management solutions in Japan

Boston, MA-July 13, 2007 - Lattix Inc., the provider of innovative software architecture management solutions, today announced its further expansion in the Asian market in partnership with TechMatrix, a total solution and advanced technology provider for the IT development industry in Japan. With this new partnership, Lattix is making a long-term commitment to provide the highest quality sales, support and services to its growing customer base in Japan.

"Japanese companies are showing strong interest in our powerful new approach to visualize, formalize, and control the architecture of complex software systems,” said Frank Waldman, Vice President Sales of Lattix. “We believe that the experience and expertise of TechMatrix in software quality will enable our Japanese customers to quickly achieve measurable value with Lattix LDM."

Lattix has pioneered an award-winning approach that utilizes system interdependencies to create an accurate blueprint of large, mission-critical software systems. Lattix LDM utilizes a Dependency Structure Matrix (DSM) for a highly compact and scaleable representation of the entire system. With the DSM approach, architects and developers can analyze their architecture in detail, edit the structure to create what-if scenarios and then specify design rules to formalize and communicate that architecture to the entire development organization.

"Lattix LDM is the first collaboration tool for architects and developers which helps the architect to clearly convey his design context to developers. Developers can also easily understand interdependencies of subsystems and improve efficiency and quality of such systems by well prepared development and testing." explains Takashi Yuri, President of TechMatrix. "We're looking forward to helping our customers save money by deploying Lattix to improve quality, make development and testing more efficient, and lower maintenance costs."

All Lattix products are now available from TechMatrix. A Japanese version of Lattix LDM will be available from TechMatrix in August 2007. More information can be found at
