Lattix Announces Partnership with SOFT-LUTIONS

Lattix and SOFT-LUTIONS partner to meet demand for
software architecture management solutions in Europe

Boston, MA–September 25, 2006 - Lattix Inc., the provider of innovative software architecture management solutions, today announced its further expansion in the European market in partnership with SOFT-LUTIONS, a software development and reengineering company with offices in Germany and Spain. With this new partnership, Lattix is making a long-term commitment to provide the highest quality support and services to its rapidly growing customer base in Europe.

"European companies have shown strong interest in our new approach to visualize, formalize, and control the architecture of complex software systems,” said Frank Waldman, Vice President Sales of Lattix. “We believe that the experience and expertise of SOFT-LUTIONS in software analysis will enable our European customers to quickly achieve measurable value with Lattix LDM."

Lattix has pioneered an award-winning approach that utilizes system interdependencies to create an accurate blueprint of large, mission-critical software systems. Lattix LDM is the first commercial product to use a dependency structure matrix for a highly compact and scaleable representation of the entire system. With the Lightweight Dependency Model approach, architects and developers can analyze their architecture in detail, edit the structure to create what-if scenarios and then specify design rules to formalize and communicate that architecture to the entire development organization.

"The Lattix approach is a very innovative way to quickly visualize the logical architecture of any complex software system. Lattix LDM will significantly enhance our offerings as providers of services in Software Architecture Reengineering and Refactoring," said Miguel Miranda, Chief Technology Officer of SOFT-LUTIONS. "We are very pleased to welcome Lattix as our newest partner."

All Lattix products are now available from SOFT-LUTIONS. More information can be found at http://www.soft-lutions.com/swtools/tools_lattix.html.
