Lattix Expands into European Markets

Partners with Scientific Computers Ltd. to meet demand for software architecture management solutions in Europe

Boston, MA–July 18, 2006 – Lattix Inc., the provider of innovative software architecture management solutions, today announced its expansion into the European market in partnership with Scientific Computers Ltd, a leading systems integrator based in the UK. With this new partnership, Lattix is making a long-term commitment to provide the highest quality support and services to its rapidly growing customer base in Europe.

"European companies have shown strong interest in our new approach to visualise, formalise, and control the architecture of complex software systems," said Frank Waldman, Vice President Sales of Lattix. “We believe that the experience and expertise of Scientific Computers in software analysis will enable our European customers to quickly achieve measurable value with Lattix LDM."

Lattix has pioneered an award-winning approach that utilises system interdependencies to create an accurate blueprint of large, mission-critical software systems. Lattix LDM is the first commercial product to use a dependency structure matrix for a highly compact and scalable representation of the entire system. With the Lightweight Dependency Model approach, architects and developers can analyse their architecture in detail, edit the structure to create what-if scenarios and then specify design rules to formalise and communicate that architecture to the entire development organisation.

"The Lattix approach can deliver significant value at any stage of the development lifecycle, which is a great fit with our other product offerings," said Alan Hall, Managing Director of Scientific Computers. "We're eager to help our European customers save money by deploying Lattix to improve quality, make development and testing more efficient, and lower maintenance costs."

All Lattix products are now available from Scientific Computers. More information can be found athttp://www.scl.com/products/lattix.
