Lattix Introduces Dependency Model Approach at the NDIA CMMI Conference

Denver CO , 15 November 2004 . Today Lattix introduced a new approach based on dependency models for managing the architecture of large software systems to achieve the goals of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). Dependency models have been pioneered by systems engineering in order to model complex organizations, processes and systems.

Lattix demonstrated its new Lattix LDM product to build the Dependency Model for ANT, a widely used open source build tool. Using Lattix LDM, Lattix illustrated the evolution of its architecture over three major versions and identified how the process supports many of the CMMI Process Areas.

Additional information about Lattix support for software process improvement is available for download.
